TERMS OF SERVICE
read extensively before commissioning me.
any & all art received by me (ItsOnlyDeceit) is for personal use only. you are not permitted to advertise my art for money-making, promotion, or to do other profiting ideas without my permission. which, will include a fee depending on the context.
I DO NOT PERMIT MY ART BEING FED INTO ANY SORT OF AI.I will NOT do nsfw, backgrounds ( unless permitted ), or pieces with 4 or more characters.NOTE !!! my ability fluctuates. some nights i am able to rock out 3-4 artworks, and others, not able to finish lineart. however everything will be done within my normal TAT, 2 days to 2 months!
this can also fluctuate … but i try my hardest to finish before the deadline.changes in artwork can be made up to 5 times. i follow design references pretty swell and i am not up for redesigning your oc. anything beyond that will add a fee upwards of 10% and a max of 50%.i accept payment via cashapp and paypal only. nitro and robux wont be declined though! website to pay like vgen, buymeacoffee, and artistree, are NOT used by me and will not download upon request.
venmo & zelle are also permitted, but it will take somewhere in between 4-8 hours to get it availablei have the right to decline any commission for any reason! i may also decline because i feel i do not have the ability to complete your commission. WILL OFFER REFUND IN THIS CASEif i am to get anything wrong with your commission, correct me rather than correct it yourself please. i have all the layers & its just more peace of mind for me. I do not like my artwork being edited, altered, or tweaked without my permission.mecha, insects, heavily complex designs, will all have a fee to some extent. however this only depends if i can get it done with my normal time limit i take to finish commissions (1-5 hours), if anything longer than that, then yes, i will be adding the fee, which will be no more than 30%. gore will also add a fee of 40-60% depending on the complexity and amount.
scars, old wounds, self harm, or missing limbs do not add to this as i am fine drawing it.
adding a character will be an additional 100% fee, adding accessories/clothes will be a 20% fee.
ALL FEE’S ARE ROUNDED UP TO THE NEAREST WHOLE NUMBERi will upload/post all of my artworks at some point. if you request to have your artwork private, please note that there will be a 30% fee due to advertisement loss! thank you for understanding.DO NOT sell my characters for anything more than they were sold for. if you bought a chibi for 5$ and then they raised to 20$, it is still priced as 5$.THANK YOU FOR READING :-)

i use any pronouns but primarily mirror! meaning the pronouns you use, i use them too.i have no strict dni, just know i do block freely and choose not to interact with certain people. i dislike the arguments between shipping discourse ( yume , pro & dark , etc ) and nsfw spaces ( any sexual regression or really ANY sexual topics ), so please try not to bring me into any of that. i have no blacklist, and do not wish to make one.im a self taught artist who is currently experimenting with commissions and interacting w the art community!!! I’ve taken commissions for about 3 years, but these past couple of months my work has really spiked! appreciate you all. ♥️i try to be as social as possible with people i do not know, but i am typically pretty reserved. i spend majority of my time drawing or playing games with friends! i also adore drawing my own sonas and others.
